Something unexpected has led Mr Henwood to believe he’s still in 1983 or then-abouts, and he has elected to play a party set of top tunes from the decade that taste forgot – but it turns out they’re not too bad, especially when bolstered by a couple of stray incursions from 1969 and 1978 – which to be fair would have been lying around at parties that our correspondent claims to remember. A likely story.

You will of course be tired of party mix tapes by now, Christmas being all but over, but when has Steve ever been quite on time, ey?

Qualcosa di inaspettato ha portato il signor Henwood a credere di essere ancora nel 1983 o giù di lì, e ha scelto di suonare un set di pezzi da festa di successo del decennio che il gusto ha dimenticato, ma a quanto pare non sono poi così male, soprattutto se rinforzati da un paio di incursioni sparse del 1969 e del 1978, che a dire il vero sarebbero state sparse in giro alle feste che il nostro corrispondente afferma di ricordare. Una storia probabile. Naturalmente ormai sarete stanchi dei mix tape delle feste, visto che il Natale è quasi finito, ma quando mai Steve è stato così puntuale, eh?
