Ah, les français, they have this thing for street culture, second only to the Yanks: there are words – I’m enjoying Loubard and indeed Loulou – which suggest simultaneously a bit scary but also ferally attractive. Well we’ve got 2 lots of those in this programme, plus an Irish fraternity who might be more flowery in the verbals but you can bet their intentions are not the sort of thing the Cardinals are looking for in the next Pope. Luckily before the programme gets entirely flooded with testosterone, a bunch of strong minded Dutch women happen along to balance it out a bit. Plus: a Homage to Canterbury, a master of the Folk-Baroque,and more music from Lithuania.

Ah, i francesi, hanno questa passione per la cultura di strada, seconda solo agli yankee: ci sono parole ( mi piacciono Loubard e, in effetti, Loulou ) che suggeriscono allo stesso tempo un po’ di paura ma anche una selvaggia attrazione. Beh, ne abbiamo due in questo programma, più una confraternita irlandese che potrebbe essere più elaborata nei suoi discorsi, ma potete scommettere che le sue intenzioni non sono il tipo di cosa che i cardinali cercano nel prossimo Papa. Per fortuna, prima che il programma venga completamente inondato di testosterone, un gruppo di donne olandesi dalla mente forte si presenta per bilanciare un po’ il tutto. In più: un omaggio a Canterbury, un maestro del folk-barocco e altra musica dalla Lituania.
