OUTERNATIONAL ARTISTS n°60 by Steve Henwood
on air Sunday, April 5th 2026 at 8 PM and every sunday of April at the same time.
The number 60 always makes Mr Henwood think of old queens – and, British friends, we’re meaning Vicky & Betty, not Lily Savage – so we ask: is Outernational Artists obsessed with the past? Well yes, is the short answer, but not entirely. Programme 60 includes 5 tracks from the 1960s, 6 from the ‘70s, but does manage 4 from the last year, even if one of them is by a cosmic franchise that goes back to 1969. And whatever happened to the decades in between? – let’s not ask for the moment. Thank heavens for Kavus Torabi and Daniel Inzani, anyway.

Beh, sì, è la risposta breve, ma non del tutto. Il programma 60 include 5 brani degli anni ’60, 6 degli anni ’70, ma riesce comunque a inserirne 4 dell’ultimo anno, anche se uno di questi appartiene a un franchise cosmico che risale al 1969. E che fine hanno fatto i decenni intermedi? Meglio non chiederlo per il momento.
Meno male che ci sono Kavus Torabi e Daniel Inzani, comunque.
